Good ol' dogs deserve an adventure too!

At NW Trail Dogs, we LOVE senior dogs! They're a bit older, a bit slower, and they may need a little more help getting in and out of the van, but seniors benefit just as much, if not more, from hiking.

That's why we created the Frosted Faces Hike.

It’s slower, it’s less hilly, and we may not go quite as far, but our Seasoned Citizen Canines have a blast! Going thru the woods, sniffing all the sniffs, jumping in the lake or the stream like puppies...it’s so much fun!

We have a dedicated vehicle equipped with a ramp just for them. Getting senior dogs out in the woods is great for their joints, their hearts, and their minds. We love all our dogs, but seeing their happy grey faces is the highlight of our week!
